Gabriel’s design has evolved over 20+ years of teaching his children, and other boy scout kids how to make a cutting board.

Gabe realized that North American Hardwoods were the safe premium to this craft.

His design has the perfect light weight grip for everyday use by ladies in the kitchen whilst also able to handle the big meats whopping in from the BBQ!

 Artisanally crafted from rescued North American Hardwoods, his unique food safe oil finish has been perfected over years of practice, making these boards a must for every thoughtful kitchen.  

The oval board measures 14" wide by 11 5/8" high by 3/4" thick.

The rectangular board is 18" wide by 12 3/4" deep by 3/4" thick.

Each board is oiled/waxed in a food safe mix.

Perfect for a house warming gift or the home chef!

This batch of Signature Boards were made from white oak that was rescued from an LA shop and walnut from a shop closing in Anaheim.
