Hickory end grain body with walnut collar.

Bowl dimensions: 18 3/4"wide, 14 1/4"deep and 6 3/8"overall height.

I use food safe mineral oil & beeswax conditioner on the interior of bowl. The outside is finished with tung oil and waxed for a furniture grade finish.

Gabriel’s design has evolved over 20+ years of teaching his children, and other boy scout kids how to make a cutting board.

Gabe realized that North American Hardwoods were the safe premium to this craft.

His design has the perfect light weight grip for everyday use by ladies in the kitchen whilst also able to handle the big meats whopping in from the BBQ!

The oval board measures 14" wide by 11 5/8" high by 3/4" thick.

The rectangular board is 18" wide by 12 3/4" deep by 3/4" thick.

Each board is oiled/waxed in a food safe mix.
